What keeps SMBs from switching?

In a recent poll¹, we asked organizations what is holding them back from (fully) moving to Microsoft 365. The results:

• 38% say, “It’s working well enough now.”
• 25% have fear that data will be lost.
• 25% are concerned with ISO/AVG and see the migration as an additional burden.
• 13% indicated they had no time or knowledge.

Recognizable? It shows that switching is not only a technical issue, but also a matter of trust, time and priorities.

 

So why does it remain?
