Website and email security: the forgotten basics of cybersecurity

A secure website and e-mail environment meets some fundamental requirements.
Consider DNSSEC to prevent DNS manipulation.
RPKI to ensure that Internet traffic really belongs to your domain.
IPv6 for future-proof and correct reachability.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC to prevent e-mail abuse and phishing.
These components are measurable. Not by feel, but with objective controls.
