Share To-Do personal lists with your Microsoft accounts

What does the new feature entail?

Microsoft To Do will soon support sharing lists between personal and business accounts. This allows users in your organization to view, change, and add information to lists owned by personal Microsoft accounts.

When is it going to happen?

Microsoft expects to start rolling out the Targeted release in mid-June and is expected to be fully rolled out to all customers by mid-July.

How will this affect your organization?

Once available, this feature is enabled by default and users can participate in lists shared from an external personal account.

Please note: Enterprise users can’t share their lists with external personal accounts!

How best to prepare?

You may want to consider updating your training and documentation if necessary.
