Newsletter in the spam? Here’s how to prevent

You run an agency. A lot of emails go out every day:
👉 For clients
👉 For campaigns
👉 For follow up

But then it happens…

❌ Your newsletter ends up in spam
❌ A customer says, “I didn’t get your mail.”
❌ Or worse, your domain is flagged as unsafe 😬

The problem?

In practice, we often see it in agencies (and in many SMEs, for that matter):
👉 No control over mail security
👉 No control over the domain reputation
👉 No clarity as to whether everything is technically set up properly

And meanwhile, you do guarantee reliability towards your customer.

Sin. You can avoid this.

How then?

A good basic setup of your domain prevents a lot of hassle. Consider:
🔹 DMARC
🔹 DKIM
🔹 SPF

These standards ensure that your email traffic is reliable and that your newsletters, updates and quotes arrive neatly in the inbox.

Recognizable frustrations

A small poll¹ among agency owners revealed these frustrations:

  • 43% recognize that their newsletter ends up in spam

  • 21% have complaints that the customer does not receive mail

  • 21% struggle with domain settings

  • 14% do not know exactly what DMARC, SPF and DKIM are

You can do this

✅ Get your domain settings checked
✅ Make sure your mail security is properly set up
✅ Keep monitoring your domain reputation

It doesn’t have to be a headache. With a good setup, you can prevent your agency from suffering from poor email deliverability.
