Now you can!
Thanks to Bing’s integration into Copilot, you can perform a search directly in Word.
This makes it easy to access both internal and external sources of information.

How does it work? Simply ask a question in the Word chat, and Copilot will provide you with an answer using Bing.
Sample prompt: “Who sits on Microsoft’s board of directors?”

📊 Specific questions about PowerPoint presentations

Want to quickly understand the core of a PowerPoint presentation without clicking through each slide?
The latest Copilot update lets you ask specific questions about the content of a presentation.

Essential features:
- Ask for a summary of the presentation.
- Ask pointed questions such as: “What is the purpose of this project?” or “Summarize slide 5.”

🕒 Ask about specific time periods

Obtaining precise information from a specific time period is now easier than ever.
Whether you need data from yesterday, last month or last year, Copilot can now identify any time period and provide you with the relevant information.

Creating PowerPoint presentations using a Word document:
- Want to quickly create a presentation?
  Simply reference a Word document without having to copy the links to the document.
- Prompt: “Make a presentation of /[document].”

- Until now, Excel data had to be organized into tables before Copilot could use them.
  Now Copilot can also analyze data ranges with only one row of headers at the top.
